Complaints channel

 In accordance with the provisions of Law 2/2023, of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption, Audiconsulting, S.A. has implemented the Complaints Channel within its organisation, as well as developed the corresponding Manual for its compliance.

What is a Complaints Channel?

The purpose of this tool is to establish the guidelines for the use of the Audiconsulting, S.A. Internal Reporting System (hereinafter the Complaints Channel), together with the procedure for reporting any irregular, illicit or criminal behaviour that may arise, as well as the guarantees and rights of each of the parties involved.
