What is mediation?
It is an alternative means of solving conflicts in which two or more parties voluntarily try to come to an agreement with the help of a mediator.
The mediator acts with impartiality, neutrality and confidentiality, facilitating communication between the parties, ensuring they have sufficient information and advice and developing an active approach bringing the parties together.

Mediation is a highly effective tool for companies and professionals, enabling them to resolve conflicts within their own organisation or arising from their relations with other companies and professionals, through a fully confidential internal procedure, saving on time and money while maintaining labour and commercial relations. In short, it helps solve your conflicts quickly, flexibly, economically and confidentially.
